Little hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed the courteous stuff and bright room. Rooms in fridge for one's own purchases had a contemporary atmosphere. The service was top-notch and the food was excellant. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, nonetheless it was heated. The great location was near Lounge. The area was shopping near Easy to drive to and tram station.

Comfy beds and a lounge and a storage. Luxurious separate bathroom. Stunning location to go to a nearby cafe. Based just off many city attractions and entertainment and the centre of the Free Tram zone and specially Melbourne Central.

Had the deluxe room which was contemporary with extremely comfortable bedding. The hotel was well-designed and newly decorated and in a super central location just off maybe upcoming Melbourne Cup as well as very different areas:)))

Its brand-new and well-appointed with luxurious bathrooms. Nice touch to have a lounge area, a storage, and a chair. The location is incredible, 1 mile from Bourke Street Mall.

The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a fridge for guests to store their own purchases. The hotel also offers a stunning view from some rooms, which adds to the overall experience. The breakfast included in the stay is a convenient option, especially for those who prefer a simple meal like tea and toast. It would be even better if they could offer a variety of pastries as well.

All was acceptable, nothing major to complain about.

Spacious room. Microwave oven and tea making facilities. Great location. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast good value for money if you purchase a $14 voucher the night before.

Bathroom not cleaned well enough - tiny pieces of hair from previous occupant's shaving left around taps on basin. Temperature control for air conditioner not working properly.

The hotel was newly decorated in general, had patient staff with a warm genuine and welcoming staff member. I appreciated well-appointed room. The continental breakfast at 8:45am was delicious. The location was magnificent and stunning central to the shopping district, you may take train on Flinders Street train station within 10 minutes walk from here.

Marvellous location in a comfortable area so close to also right opposite the Emporium for more amazing shops and Melbourne for and restaurants Chinatown. Besides, very convenient to an Anglican cathedral...

A great central location in the city. Close to transport and shops. Great sized rooms, that were clean and very comfortable. Noise from city traffic etc not head in room. Pool in Hotel was nice to have also.

Shower in bathroom needed an update, not enough water pressure. Hand towel rail down too low to ground. Same for Kettle and Microwave. No good for persons with back backs to reach items so low.

Location is superb, among good shops and cafes. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is clean. Good value for the rate we paid thru booking dotcom! We would recommend friends to stay in this hotel when they visit Melbourne.

The value for money at Pullman was excellent, and the room was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with shopping, entertainment, and dining options within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests.

The food for breakfast could have been better with a greater variety of options.
